What are the Chakras?

The word chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex. Chakras are spinning wheels of life energy that keep us healthy and vibrant. Energy flows both in and out at the chakras. While there are many chakras, there are seven main ones. Each of these chakras corresponds to different bodily systems and organs connecting our minds, bodies, and spirits. These areas of spinning energy can get blocked, stagnate, or be stuck wide open which can then manifest in various physical, emotional, and mental symptoms.

What is Chakra Balancing?

Chakra balancing can help release these blockages and return the chakras to a more balanced state allowing the regular flow of vital energy. Once the vital energy is flowing as it should symptoms should clear or be prevented from presenting at all. A combination of Reiki, crystals, and sound are used to get your chakras back into balance.
