What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal Healing is a form of energy medicine in which the practitioner works with subtle energies innate within various crystals, in conjunction with the body's own ki, in the treatment of the mind, body, and spirit.What is Ki?
All living things have vital energy referred to by various names: ki, chi, qi, or prana; we'll call it ki. When your ki is flowing freely with vigor you will feel strong, confident, and positive. When the natural flow of your ki is blocked or sluggish, physical or emotional symptoms can arise.How Do Crystals Help with Ki Flow?
Crystals grow with very specific geometric forms which reinforce very specific vibrational frequencies. These signature energetic frequencies are able to interact with your ki and help bring it back into balance. Once your ki is balanced your body is once again able to use its natural ability to heal itself.
