Class fees include the cost of a manual that covers all the topics covered in-class as well as additional techniques. During class you will gain hands-on practical experience, receive ongoing email support after the class, and obtain a certificate affirming the Reiki level you have attained.

Reiki Levels

Reiki 1 –  Shoden

Who can attend?
Open and accessible to everyone.

Class Focus
Reiki 1 is centered on self-healing, self-improvement, and learning the fundamentals. You obtain the first attunement and learn the basic Reiki healing ability. The class consists of discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice as we cover the history of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, standard hand positions the administration of Reiki to others and for self treatment, and a variety of additional techniques.

Reiki 2 –  Chuden

Who can attend?
Completion of Reiki 1 is required, as well as 2 months practice after Reiki 1.

Class Focus
In Reiki 2 you strengthen your connection to Reiki and build on what has already been learned. The focus is on healing others using both hands-on and distance healing. The power, mental/emotional, and distance symbols are learned at this level as well as the technique for using the symbols to deepen your Reiki connection.

Reiki 3 –  Okuden

Who can attend?
Completion of Reiki 2 is required, as well as 6 to 12 months of practice after Reiki 2.

Class Focus
Reiki 3 is the Master Practitioner level and focuses on inner growth. The fourth symbol is learned at this level.

Reiki 4 –  Shinpiden

Who can attend?
Completion of Reiki 3 is required.

Class Focus
Reiki 4 is the Master Teacher level and focuses on sharing the way of Reiki with others. The Reiki practitioner makes a lifelong commitment to mastering Reiki.
